Investment in completely new machines was finished in 2000, together with the launch of new range of printing blankets. Special attention in the construction project was based on high flexibility, material flows, process stability and cleanliness, all of the contributing to total quality assurance. Total quality control on each step of the production is unit’s first and most important subject. Physical and chemical properties of the compounds are measured and evaluated on every step of production process, on-line and off-line. After finished production cycle printing properties are tested for each batch.
