CHARACTERISTICS		ADVANTAGES

Dimensional Stability		Virtually no sinking or stretching giving the blanket exceptional dimensional stability. Calibration of each blanket layer ensures good reproducibility and high quality throughout blanket life. After mounting no need for further retensioning thus leading to reduced down time. High register stability.

Neutral Web Feed		The stability of the radial cord carcass together with the specially formulated and microground surface compound lead to neutral web feed which also contributes to lower energy consumption.

Closed Cell Compressible Layer		New compressible layer coupled with the radial cord carcass improves durability, gives excellent shock absorption and rapid recovery. Resists solvent penetration, reduces the risk of de-lamination. The high overall rubber content of the Advantage Webmaster favours lower heat build-up when compared to standard textile carcass blankets.

Microground Printing Surface		The specially formulated surface compound is specifically ground in order to ensure excellent ink transfer and dot reproduction on a wide range of paper qualities. Reduced paper linting contributes to reducing wash cycles.

Sealed Bottom Layer		Gives added protection from water and chemical penetration.
