APARTMENT RENTAL
Apartments can be rented for 7-day periods. In the off-peak season, the seaside apartments can be rented for longer periods too.
At other destinations, apartments can be rented for shorter stays if not occupied.
Guests check-in or check-out on Fridays. The apartments are to be checked-out at 10.00 a.m., whereas new guests can check-in at 2.00 p.m. The keys to the apartment are to be picked up from the reception at each individual destination.
Between the check-in and the check-out time the apartment is cleaned; cost of cleaning is added to the final price for the apartment rental.
Bed linen and towels can be borrowed at prices from the valid price list of each individual destination.

 

APPLICATION
The ČGS employees provide registration form to the responsible person ČGS for this area.
The chosen date is confirmed by e-mail.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
If apartment is cancelled one month before the arrival date, no fee is charged; afterwards free cancellation is only possible in cases of emergency (death in the family, Force Majeure) subject to submitting an official evidence.

Cancellation fees:

  • Cancellation 29 to 20 days -> 20 % of total price
  • Cancellation 19 to 15 days -> 30 % of total price
  • Cancellation 14 to 8 days -> 50 % of total price
  • Cancellation 7 to 0 days -> 80% of total price
  • Cancellation on/after check-in date -> 100 % of total price

Cancellations and voucher changes can be arranged for with the SMS-Holidays coordination only.

 

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT DAY AND DURATION OF STAY

Apartments can be rented on a week's basis. Check-in/check-out takes place on Fridays. Guests check-out at 10.00 a.m., while new guests can check-in at 2.00 p.m. In the meantime, apartments are cleaned.

Guests are advised to pay attention to the check-in/out time in order to avoid any misunderstandings and bad mood. An exception to the rule is made if the keys to the apartments have already been left at the reception desk. It is fair that apartments are left clean and tidy, which means that all foodstuffs and waste are cleared away. The condition of the apartments is inspected after every check-out.
Only persons whose names are written on the voucher are allowed to stay in the apartment. Exceeding the number of guests is considered a violation of terms and conditions.
